Coating Line Module Overview

The Coating Line module defines physical equipment topology and runtime mapping data used by process execution and analysis.

Scope

This module focuses on process-related production data objects, including:

  1. Coating line structure and sections.
  2. Running mapping from design layers to physical sections.
  3. Target configuration and target runtime parameters.
  4. Measurement position configuration and runtime records.

Why It Matters

Coating Line data is the bridge between design models and production-side execution.

If these data objects are incomplete or inconsistent, downstream modules may fail to run correctly.

Data Dependency Flow

  1. Create measurement positions.
  2. Configure coating line structure.
  3. Configure target objects and material/gas/power resources.
  4. Create running mapping between design layers and sections.
  5. Save runtime target parameters.
  6. Run process and persist running records.
  1. Build and verify all database objects in Coating Line first.
  2. Reuse these objects in Process Master and related runtime pages.
  3. Keep naming conventions stable to simplify history tracing.
