Coating Line Running Configuration

Coating Line Running Configuration maps design layers to physical sections for runtime execution.

Purpose​

  1. Connect product design layers to process sections.
  2. Define section ratio or contribution per layer.
  3. Provide the core mapping used by runtime calculation and record writing.

Operation Steps​

  1. Open Coating Line -> Database -> Coating Line Running Configuration.
  2. Select the target design and coating line configuration.
  3. Build layer-to-section mapping from layer 1 to the last layer.
  4. For each mapping, set ratio values as needed.
  5. Save and validate that each required layer has at least one mapped section.

Validation Checklist​

  1. No unmapped required design layer.
  2. Referenced section positions exist in coating line configuration.
  3. Ratios are non-negative and follow process rules.

Common Problems​

  1. Running config cannot be loaded in runtime pages.
    • Check design ID and line configuration ID compatibility.
  2. Runtime parameter mismatch warnings.
    • Check whether target-parameter snapshots were generated for the same line mapping.
