Target Parameter

Target Parameter stores runtime parameter snapshots per target section.

Typical Fields​

  1. Power value.
  2. Main gas flow values.
  3. Assist gas flow values.
  4. Magnet adjustment values.
  5. Parameter references to target configuration.

Operation Steps​

  1. Open Coating Line -> Database -> Target Parameter.
  2. Select or create target parameter records for required sections.
  3. Fill process values according to current operation mode.
  4. Save and verify units and ranges.
  5. Use these parameters in runtime configuration snapshots.

Validation Checklist​

  1. Every required section has a target parameter entry.
  2. Values are within configured bounds.
  3. Parameter set matches the intended running configuration.
