Form Design Overview
Forms are the core tools for data collection. With the Form Design Management module, you can quickly create custom forms, publish them, and allow your team to fill out and submit data.

Accessing Form Design
- Navigate via menu: Tool -> Form -> Form Design.
- You will see a list of existing form designs.
Tip
If this is your first time using the module, the list will be empty. Click the Add button to create your first form.
