Form Data Store
Once a form has been published, users can submit data based on the published form version. The Form Data Store module is used to view, edit, and manage these submitted business records.
View Data List
- Navigate to Database -> Form Data Store.
- In the query panel, select a specific Released Form model to filter.
- The system will display all submitted data records under that version.
Add Data
- Click the Add button. The system will automatically load the form template according to the selected release version.
- Fill in the form contents item by item.
- After completing the form, click Confirm to submit the data.
Tip
If a field is marked as "Required", you must provide a value before you can submit.
Edit Submitted Data
- In the data list, select the record you wish to edit.
- Click View Details to enter the editing interface.
- Modify the fields as needed.
- Click Confirm Edit to save your changes, or click Cancel Edit to revert to the previous state.
Note
Cancel Edit discards all modifications made during the current session and restores the previous saved state. Please ensure you do not need to keep the recent changes before canceling.
Delete Data
- Select the record(s) you wish to delete in the data list (multiple selections allowed).
- Click the Delete button.
- After confirmation, the selected records will be permanently deleted.
Warning
Deletion is irreversible. Please proceed with caution.
