Process Engineer First-Week Checklist

This checklist is for process engineers responsible for model quality and parameter stability.

Day 1-2: Environment and Data Baseline​

  1. Verify database environment and migration version.
  2. Verify sample data availability and naming conventions.
  3. Confirm coating line and process master core configurations are queryable.

Day 3-4: Core Workflow Validation​

  1. Complete reverse, calculate, and adjust flow with demo data.
  2. Validate running record traceability from input to snapshot.
  3. Run at least one fit scenario and review diagnostics quality.

Day 5: Team Standards Setup​

  1. Define naming rules for module configurations and running snapshots.
  2. Define acceptance thresholds for fit residuals and solver convergence.
  3. Define incident reporting template for production anomalies.

Week-1 Acceptance Criteria​

  1. Engineer can independently configure and validate one full process path.
  2. Engineer can diagnose common mismatch errors using troubleshooting pages.
  3. Engineer can produce one reproducible operation SOP for the team.
