CoatFlex Calculation Engine
CoatFlex is a self-developed high-performance optical thin film calculation engine that performs all thin film-related operations, including film stack design optimization, reverse engineering, refractive index fitting, and spectrum calculation.
Integration Features
CoatFlex is fully integrated into the OSC Low-E system:

Usage
CoatFlex is automatically available in the following modules:
- Development Module: Film stack design and optimization
- Reverse Engineering Module: Calculate layer thicknesses from measured spectra
- Index Fitting Module: Material optical constants fitting
- Process Master Module: Process control and uniformity adjustment
All optical calculations are handled automatically by CoatFlex without user intervention.
