If you encounter any technical issues (installation, configuration, usage, etc.) while using OSC Low-E, please fill out the form below and our technical team will assist you as soon as possible.
Before submitting, export the diagnostic logs from Main menu > Settings > Export Diagnostic Logs and attach the generated zip file when possible. On installed Windows systems, the runtime log directory is %LOCALAPPDATA%\OSCLowE\log.
