Installation

Please note: DO NOT ATTACH USB KEY UNTIL INSTALLATION COMPLETED.

1. Download the Installer_Newest or specific versions as below:

   • setup32_202206

2. Please use the password included in the support email or other messages from our customer service department.

3. After installation, insert the USB key. It should light up steadily. If not, setup32.exe was unable to install the driver. This sometimes happens and is fixed by running HASPUserSetup.exe.
